How ERinfo Offers Peace of Mind
General
The simple answer is everyone. More than 650,000 emergency calls are received in the U.S. each day. More than 1 million unidentified patients are admitted to emergency rooms each year. More than 150 million people have a pre-existing medical condition such as diabetes, dementia, heart disease, seizures, asthma, autism, blood disorders, implants, allergies, etc. that medical responders want to know about at the point of care. Everyone has emergency contacts, who they want notified quickly in an emergency, particularly when it involves an injured child without ID or an Alzheimer’s patient who has wandered from their home.
An ERinfo Subscriber is the person responsible for administering an ERinfo account. An ERinfo Subscriber is the initial plan member who is financially responsible for the account, and responsible for adding and managing any members (that can be added in ERinfo’s Family and Extended Family plans).
An ERinfo Member is a person enrolled to utilize ERinfo’s anywhere, anytime identification and emergency contact notification services by an ERinfo Subscriber. ERinfo Members are not financially responsible for their plan. Members can separate (“de-link”) from their existing, sponsored membership and subscribe directly on their own. Please contact us if you are an ERinfo Member ready to start your own subscription. See ERinfo plans by clicking here.
ERinfo, Inc. (“ERinfo”) is a software company dedicated to saving lives and empowering first responders and medical professionals. We provide patented, anywhere, anytime patient recognition and emergency notification using facial recognition to match a field image of a patient with their self-supplied emergency information. Real-time retrieval of critical information and emergency contact notification by first responders credentialed through the Federal Responder Network Authority (“FirstNet”) can improve patient outcomes, put First Responders and medical professionals in touch with emergency contacts, and help reduce treatment times and healthcare costs.
FirstNet is the nationwide communications platform dedicated to America’s first responders and public safety community. FirstNet is purpose-built to enable the important work performed by first responders. FirstNet offers technology, features and functionality designed to properly handle the rigorous and unique demands of first responders. With this much-needed technology upgrade, first responders can connect to the critical information they need every day and in every emergency.
ERinfo is the only medical alert service currently authorized to work with the Federal government’s FirstNet nationwide broadband network that equips first responders to save lives and protect U.S. communities for use by medical responders. Our patented technology is basis for the only medical alert service that does not require you to carry, wear, say or do anything during an emergency as medical responders use ERinfoPRO to identify you an emergency.
During an emergency, medical responders can identify you immediately by taking a photo on their authorized mobile device to access your secure emergency medical information on the ERinfoPRO app, when time and information is most critical. The medical responder can also reach your emergency contacts, including family, caregivers and physicians through ERinfoPRO. ERinfo eliminates the need for you to wear medical identification jewelry, carry an information card, or to do anything during an emergency.
